Visiting Hours
Visitors play an important role in a loved one’s recovery and we encourage you to visit as long as you are healthy (no cold or flu symptoms). In most cases you can visit anytime. The frequency and length of visiting hours vary according to patient needs. If you are visiting a patient between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m., please use the Hospital/Emergency entrance. A lounge is available for family and friends who need space to rest or talk. The Chapel, located off the main hospital lobby, is open to patients and families 24 hours a day for prayer and meditation.
Smoking Policy
CHI LakeWood Health is a tobacco-free facility. Smoking is not allowed and tobacco products are not permitted on the facility grounds.
Interpreters
CHI LakeWood Health has access to an interpreter service for a number of foreign languages should a patient require it.
Pastoral Services
Our Mission Leader is available to attend to your spiritual needs. Whatever your religious tradition, your priest or pastor is always welcome to visit you at CHI LakeWood Health. Please let your care providers know if you would like your priest or pastor notified of your hospital stay.
Commitment to Safety
Your safety is our highest priority. We’re constantly striving to improve.
This is one example of our many ongoing safety efforts.
