What is physical therapy?
Our Physical Therapists are experts in how the body moves and works. They provide personalized treatment for many different conditions and also teach patients about healthy lifestyles and injury prevention. Our goal is to help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility, in many cases, without expensive surgery or the side effects of medication.

What happens in physical therapy?
Our experienced Physical Therapists will work closely with you to learn about your concerns and then perform a comprehensive evaluation of your condition. With your input we will develop a personalized care plan based on your pain level and functional abilities so that you can achieve your individualized goals.
Treatment may include:
- Exercise to improve functional strength and mobility
- Manual techniques to alleviate pain or increase motion
- Balance and coordination training
- Gait training
- Progression toward developmental milestones
- Progression of activity following concussion
- Ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or spinal traction
Where are we located?
Our rehab department is located down the hallway from the Parker’s ARC entrance, door A7. Parking is located near the front entrance of the ARC with handicap parking available.
